How does training for trained figure competitions fit into the life of a 24 year old woman? I should imagine it makes you pretty different to the majority of your peers?
Training for competition requires dedication 7 days a week. Having trained for 8 years, it is a now a routine that I have developed and could not live without. When preparing for a competition, training and dieting takes priority over everything else in my life and it can be quite difficult at times to get a healthy balance between this and a social life. My life pretty much fits around my training. .
