Why you chose PhD Nutrition to officially endorse:
I love the brand and the like minded people behind it. They have given me so much guidance and help with my diet.
Describe the different styles of training you do:
I workout every day using plyometric training, Dance practice and combat circuit training. I do take a Sunday off occasionally to recuperate or sneak in a swim at my local gym.
Future aims and objectives within your chosen sport:
I want to expand my Dance academy to further my career with children; I get so much job satisfaction from working with them. I also have personal body goals of which I have set personal goals (more muscle and shape, less fat.)
Thanks Louise, all the best in 2007.
