- 1 cup water
- ¾ cup oats
- 1 ½ scoops PhD Pharma Whey HT+
- 1 banana sliced
- 1g sugar alternative (stevia)
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1. In a microwavable bowl, combine the water + oats.
2. Microwave on high for 3 ½ mins.
3. Combine the protein powder with the oats and add the sugar/sweetener and cinnamon. Stir to mix.
4. Add sliced banana & walnuts if preferred
