- 1 grilled chicken breast
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/3 cucumber
- 10 baby plum tomatoes
- Handful blueberries
- Handful sliced almonds, toasted
- Balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper to taste
1. Slice the grilled chicken breast.
2. Slice the vegetables and mix together with chicken & blueberries.
3. Sprinkle the toasted almonds on top and season to taste.
