Typical Training week:
Two training sessions a day, five to six days a week. My training is a mixture of technical work, drills, sparring and conditioning.

Sporting background:
I first became involved in martial arts as a teenager. I studied several different styles, before discovering Mixed Martial Arts in 2000. I had my first fight in 2002, and haven’t looked back.

Most satisfying sporting achievement:
Successfully defending my Cage warriors world title against Dina van den Hooven just seven months after giving birth to my son, Luis.

Interests and hobbies outside health and fitness:
Spending time with my son. Science, books, philosophy, solving puzzles, learning new things.
