With the expert training and nutrition advice available to me and anyone else, I cant really go wrong.
Why do you and PhD complement each other?
I help to represent that band of young natural lifters looking to build muscle and gain strength. I also like to represent that all this can be possible while maintaining a healthy balanced lifestyle, in my case keeping up with studies, having good family values, keeping your self looking good and strong, having a social life and good morals.
