Why you chose PhD Nutrition to officially endorse:
All PhD products are perfectly formulated and contain no rubbish. It is important to me that I fuel my body with the correct nutrition and supplements... PhD ensures this! PhD is also a company with integrity and an excellent reputation that precedes them.
Describe the different styles of training you do:
I prefer to mix my training up, this means my body never gets used to a certain training stimulus and also keeps me motivated. I do a lot of circuit, whole body workouts at the moment combined with tempo runs, intervals, hill sessions and long trail runs.

Compete in a couple of British Trail running competitions to gain enough qualification points to gain entry and run the 2011 Ultra Trail du Mont Blanc.
