Why you chose PhD Nutrition to officially endorse:
Great range and variation for before, during and after training. Also good quality ingredients.
Describe the different styles of training you do:
swim, bike, run, yoga, pilates, weight training, core and rehab work, oh and transition practise (bike to run)!
How does training for Triathlon differ from training for other sports? :
Its easier as you have lots of variety when picking your training, but harder as you have three sports to be good at.
Future aims and objectives within your chosen sport:
For 2010 I am going to race elite as well as age group. Aim is to get experience and position well in elite races while retaining my title at the world age group championships and winning the Europeans champs as well.
Training programme (typical week):
6 swims, 5 bikes, 3 or 4 runs, 3 gym/core sessions and some yoga/pilates – 1 complete rest day (its lovely!)
