Describe the different styles of training you do:
Swim., this is important so you can get a fast start. Bike, this is the furthest distance on all the 3 disciplines. It’s not just the distance but working on the technical side and bike handling. Run, you need as strong at the end of a triathlon as you are at the start. Strength and conditioning in the gym, this helps to reduce the risk of injuries and general aches and pains.
How does training for Triathlon differ from training for other sports?
You have to be good at 3 sports and then perform them one after the other. Training never gets boring as there is always a different discipline to work on.
Future aims and objectives within your chosen sport:
To place higher in the age group Europeans and world championships. And to try a few elite races.
