The PhD experience
Favourite PhD Nutrition product:
Synergy ISO 7, I work in a very demanding and professional environment, so I need a product that gives me complete nutrition. Synergy ISO 7 covers everything I need and more.
Why you chose PhD Nutrition to officially endorse:
The Company not only produces the best supplements in the UK but also offer free advice for anyone via a forum. The information you can gain is priceless. I also would only endorse a product that use and believe in 100% and be confident that when I advise people to use PhD that they will benefit.
Why do you and PhD complement each other?
We both have similar values, hard working, honesty and a want to help others.
Personal ambitions
Future aims and objectives within your chosen sport:
I looking to compete again in 2008. Im yet to win the overall in the NPA so that could be a possibility. Now that im 40 I would also like to compete in the >40s in the UKFBB.
Future life ambitions:
To stay healthy and be thankful for the basics in life. Far too many people get caught up in the rat race of life and forget that they are probably better off than 99% in the world.
