Use 2 servings of Pharma Gain daily to maximise your ability to increase healthy body mass. Ideal to be used either to replace meals, or between meals to increase calorie-intake.

HOW TO MIX: For a 100g serving add 3 scoops to 350ml of ice cold water and shake for 10 seconds.

For a 133g serving add 4 scoops to 450ml of ice cold water and shake for 10 seconds.
