Where Do We Deliver To?
Delivery costs will be calculated at the checkout once the delivery option and destination has been chosen. We offer the below delivery options:
DPD Courier - 1-3 working days
Free on all orders
IRELAND, JERSEY, GUERNSEY, ISLE OF MAN
DPD 2- 4 Working Days

Cancelling/Amending Your Order & Returns
We’re super quick at processing orders to make sure that you receive your purchase as soon as possible. Once an order has been placed, please email email@example.com as soon as possible with any changes or cancellations.
If you would like to return an item please email firstname.lastname@example.org. You should then send the goods, in their original condition and packaging, to: Customer Services, PhD Nutrition Albion Mills Suites, Great Gutter Lane, Willerby, Hull, East Yorkshire, HU10 6DN.
We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you our fees and expenses if the product is received otherwise than in accordance with this requirement.
We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our warehouse. We also recommend that you use secure, trackable means to return your order to us and that you retain proof of sending, in case of a dispute.
Please note that you are responsible for the cost of the return shipment.
All items must be returned unused, in their original condition.
We will refund the price of the product in full, within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request, provided the goods are returned within that period.
Exchanging Your Order
If you wish to exchange a product, please note we are only able to offer flavour exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item for an alternative product, please return the item and purchase the new product separately.

There is no charge or shipping fee when exchanging an item for a different flavour, however all exchanges are based on stock availability.
Please note that we are not able to offer part refunds on bundle deals; the whole bundle must be returned if you would like a refund.
You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.
We understand that clothes have some slight variations in size, although we try to make our clothing sizes as clear as possible. For this reason, we offer free returns on our clothing range. Clothing must be returned in a new and saleable condition. Tags must still be attached, no damage, stains, etc. To return an item of clothing please contact Customer Services who will arrange for a collection. please email firstname.lastname@example.org for further help.
Faulty Or Defective Goods
If you receive an item that is faulty or defective, please contact Customer Services in the first instance to provide further details. Before returning the item, please email email@example.com
Receiving A Refund
Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card and will include shipping costs for faulty items or for orders cancelled under the DSRs only.
Please note card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately, we are unable to influence this.
Returns outside 14 days may be accepted at the discretion of PhD Nutrition.
Do You Deliver To PO Box Or BFPO Addresses?
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO box and BFPO addresses.
Items should be returned new, unused with product seals intact. Returns that are used, damaged, or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
- All items are quality controlled and checked before they are dispatched to customers.
- Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately.
- Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.
- Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit.
