Banana-Porridge

 

Boring porridge is a thing of the past with this delicious protein porridge recipe, stay fuller for longer with 48g of protein per portion.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup water
  • ¾ cup oats
  • 1 ½ scoops PhD Pharma Whey HT+
  • 1 banana sliced
  • 1g sugar alternative (stevia)
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. In a microwavable bowl, combine the water + oats.

2. Microwave on high for 3 ½ mins.

3. Combine the protein powder with the oats and add the sugar/sweetener and cinnamon. Stir to mix.

4. Add sliced banana & walnuts if preferred
