INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 grilled chicken breast
  • 1/2 avocado
  • Lettuce
  • 1/3 cucumber
  • 10 baby plum tomatoes
  • Handful blueberries
  • Handful sliced almonds, toasted
  • Balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Slice the grilled chicken breast.

2. Slice the vegetables and mix together with chicken & blueberries.

3. Sprinkle the toasted almonds on top and season to taste.
