Cookies & Cream Protein Pancakes


Protein pancakes are a sure favourite for many, but we have decided to increase the indulgence levels with this ultimate protein pancake recipe using our new Cookies & Cream flavour Pharma Whey® HT+.


Serves: 1

  • 40g Flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Scoop Cookies & Cream Pharma Whey® HT+
  • 200ml Semi Skimmed Milk
  • Cooked in ½ tbsp. Coconut Oil
  • Zero Cal Choc Sauce
  • 2 crushed Oreos


Prep: min › Cook: 6 min › Ready in: 12 min

  • Run everything through a blender on a medium/low speed until very well mixed.
  • Heat a nonstick pan on a medium/high heat and add coconut oil.
  • Add pancake batter in small circles.
  • When edges start to look cooked (2-3 minutes) flip and cook for another 1-2 minute on the other side. Keep flipping and checking until fully cooked.
  • Serve with crushed Oreos on top and drizzle zero calorie chocolate sauce all over. Enjoy!
