Salted Caramel Mini Loaf


Try this delicious salted caramel mini loaf, made with PhD Smart Protein™ powder.

Makes: 1 loaf (5 slices)

  • 30g Salted Caramel Smart Protein™ powder
  • 60g Self Raising Flour
  • Handful Choc Chips
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp of Himalayan Rock Salt


Prep: 10 mins › Bake: 15 mins › Ready: 25 mins

  • Thoroughly mix all ingredients
  • Add some fry light spray to a baking tray or bread tray
  • Add the mixture to the tray
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown on 180 degrees
