    To mix in water or almond milk (be sure to calculate any additional calories the almond milk is going to add): mix 1/2 scoop of powder to 175ml, or for a bigger shake, add 1 full scoop (up to the fill level line) to 350ml of water. We find one full scoop delivers best with 28g of great vegan protein and still less than 2g of sugar.
